Many families try their best to provide home care for a loved one who has lost the ability to function independently. Yet sometimes, even their best efforts will not be enough. That’s why so many families in our community have turned to Cedar Lane Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
Many of our residents stay with us for extended periods, especially those whose lives have been profoundly affected by accidents or illnesses such as emphysema, Alzheimer’s, heart disease and stroke. Not only do we offer the health care and physical therapy these patients require, we also provide a warm and friendly social environment — the ideal conditions for optimal living.

in the area of respiratory care and
therapy services. The goal of our
respiratory services department is to
help people with breathing problems
overcome their limitations - or learn to
manage them comfortably and easily.
We also provide chronic ventilator support services for patients requiring long-term ventilator support due to respiratory, neurological or cardiac disease. Our expert nursing staff and respiratory therapists ensure patients of a comfortable stay while offering activities to improve their quality of life.
